Basic Survey

During this provisional survey we will:

- Perform a general inspection of the whole property, or a targeted inspection of problem areas, depending on your requirements.

- This survey is non invasive, meaning there will be no lifting of carpets, floorboards or similar during the inspection.

After the survey, we will provide you with a written report of our findings* via post (and email upon request).

Point of Sale Survey

During this survey we will:

- Perform a visual check to external elevations

-Perform an interior visual inspection to accessible timbers.

- Assess presence of any damp, salt contamination or condensation.

- Assess adequacy of ventilation.

-This survey is non invasive, meaning there will be no lifting of carpets, floorboards or similar during the inspection.

After the survey, we will provide you with a written report of our findings* via post (and email upon request).

House Renovation Survey

During this survey we will:

- Examine the structure and type of your property.

- Discuss your requirements with yourself, your Architect and your builder.

- Create design and specifications for any works required to allow long term finishes and your choice of fixtures and fittings to be installed.

After the survey, we will provide you with a written report of our findings* via post (and email upon request).

Basement Tanking

During this survey we will:

- Establish the end use of the basement - Establish the type of structure

- Specify the best and most economical waterproofing to provide a long term solution.

- This survey is non invasive, meaning there will be no lifting of carpets, floorboards or similar during the inspection.

After the survey, we will provide you with a written report of our findings* via post (and email upon request).

Environmental Survey

During this provisional survey we will:
- Establish whether the property has adequate air changes and ventilation.

- Provide recommendations to address condensation problems or black mould.

- This survey is non invasive, meaning there will be no lifting of carpets, floorboards or similar during the inspection.

Flood Remediation Survey

During this initial survey we will:

- Investigate the source of flooding.

- Assess the initial impact of the flood water.

-Identify any medium to long term problems associated with the flood.

- Specify flood remediation works.

- This survey is non invasive, meaning there will be no lifting of carpets, floorboards or similar during the inspection.

After the survey, we will provide you with a written report of our findings* via post (and email upon request).

Commercial Property Survey

During this survey we will:

- Assess the type of structure
